Christina Gordon, Multicultural Community Family Services, Delaware County

Christina Gordon is the System of Care Specialist with the Delaware County Department of Human Services, Mental Health Office. She is a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor and adjunct trauma trainer. Ms. Gordon has worked with children, youth and families for over 10 years in various fields.

 

 

 

 

 

Lindsay Wagner, Blair County
Lindsay is the Quality Improvement Coordinator for Blair HealthChoices and the cultural and Linguistic Lead for the System of Care grant. She collaborates with Community Care Behavioral Health to assess the county's needs. She analyzes data to determine any gaps/barriers for disenfranchised populations and conducts ongoing outreach to system partners to provide culturally responsive resources and education.

Joe Burgess, Greene County
Joe Burgess is a resident of Greene County. He began working in the mental health field as a Certified Peer in 2008. He obtained a Master of Social Work at California
University of Pennsylvania. He is presently working with The PA Care Partnership and the local System of Care as the Lead Cultural Linguistic Consultant for Greene
County.

Donna Smith, Professional Development Coordinator and Consultant Multicultural, Community Family Services, Delaware County

Donna Smith holds a BS in Education and a training certification. She has over 30 years of experience in education and is a dedicated educator and professional development facilitator. She currently serves as a Professional Development Coordinator at Multicultural Community Family Services. Donna designs impactful training programs and workshops that promote growth and cultural competency. Her regulatory compliance and community engagement expertise makes her an invaluable asset to any organization.

Portia Kamara, Executive Director, Multicultural, Community Family Services, Delaware County

Portia holds a master’s degree in social work. She is a cultural broker consultant, presenter, facilitator and Executive Director of the Multicultural Community Family Services in Delaware County. Portia enjoys working collaboratively with organizations and institutions to create opportunity pathways that produce equitable outcomes for underserved and marginalized communities.
